Beauty Escapes, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is a medical tourism service agent company in the United States specializing in providing information on medical treatment and recuperation packages outside the United States. We research and compile available information and provide this information to you for your personal use in making a more informed decision about your medical treatment options outside the United States.

WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL REFERRAL SERVICE

Beauty Escapes, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is not a medical referral service and does not recommend, endorse, or approve any travel agency or healthcare provider listed on or obtained through this site. We are not medical professionals and we will not discuss or advise on any issues relating to medical treatment. We help facilitate the arrangements of your trip and aid in contact with, and provide information about doctors outside the United States, including their credentials, in order for you to make more informed decisions. We do not recommend any preferred or specific doctors for your chosen medical treatment.

You are encouraged to discuss all medical issues and choices concerning medical treatment with your medical doctor in the United States, before making any decisions about medical treatment outside the United States. Through our research, we provide you with information about available medical treatment and recuperation packages to assist you in making an informed decision.

By using this site, you agree to assume all responsibility in connection with choosing any doctor for your desired procedure. IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS SITE, ANY SITE MATERIALS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING SUCH ITEMS.

Further, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Beauty Escapes, LLC and any of its directors, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, servants, attorneys, successors, or assigns from any and all expenses incurred, claims made, or liabilities assessed against them, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or resulting from, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, relating to or arising from (1) your use of this site, and materials obtained on or through this site, or any services obtained on or through this site, (2) any arrangements you make based on information obtained on or through this site, or (3) your breach or failure to abide by any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Venue

You agree that any claim you may have related to the use of this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and shall be construed without regard to any conflict of law principle and without any presumption or rule requiring construction against the party causing such agreement to be drafted. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action, claim, suit, dispute, or proceeding stemming from or relating to the use of this site shall be the state and federal courts lying and situate in Broward County, Florida.. You and your respective successors, representatives, agents and assigns, hereby irrevocably waives any present or future objection to such venue and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Broward County, Florida. You and your respective successors, representatives, agents and assigns, hereto irrevocably consents to the service of process of any of the aforementioned courts in any such action or proceeding by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid. You irrevocably waive any objection, without limitation, which you may now or hereafter have to the bringing of any such action or proceeding with respect to this website.

Attorneys' Fees

In the event of any litigation or controversy arising out of or in connection to this website, the prevailing party in such litigation or controversy shall be entitled to recover from the other party or parties all reasonable attorneys' and paralegals' fees, expenses and suit costs, including those associated with any appellate or post-judgement collection proceedings.

Payment Terms

One hundred percent of the total package price will be due not later than three (3) weeks before the scheduled departure date. All payments must be made through credit card or personal check.

Airfare, ground transportation, tours, and all other expenses, except for surgery and doctor's costs, will be paid immediately upon receipt of the funds.

All payments for doctors and surgery shall be held in a non-interest bearing account until written and signed approval from the patient is received. Payment for doctors and surgery is usually expected after the patient has their first appointment with the chosen doctor.

Changes & Cancellation

Airfare: All changes and cancellation of airfare is subject to the policy of the airline from which the ticket was purchased. You agree that Beauty Escapes, LLC has no control over such policies and cannot consider making any changes to charges that may be incurred.

Ground Transportation: There will be no charge for changes or cancellation of ground transportation if such changes or cancellation is received, in writing, no later than 48 hours prior to departure. If changes or cancellation is made anytime after 48 hours prior to departure, you will be charged the full price of the service. You agree that Beauty Escapes, LLC has no control over such policies and cannot consider making any changes to charges that may be incurred.

Tour Packages: There will be no charge for changes or cancellation of tour packages if such changes or cancellation is received, in writing, no later than 5 days prior to the start of the tour package. However, the airline portion of any tour package shall be subject to the airlines' cancellation and changes policy. If cancellations are made to a tour package less than five (5) days prior to the start of the tour, you will be charged 30% of the total value of the package. If changes are made to a tour package less than five (5) days prior to the start of the tour, there will be a $20.00 charge for each change. You agree that Beauty Escapes, LLC has no control over such policies and cannot consider making any changes to charges that may be incurred.

Beauty Escapes, LLC will not assess any penalty for changes made; however, if a cancellation is made after payment has been collected, we will retain 10% of the total amount quoted as our cancellation fee.

Prices, Rates, and Fares

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices and rates are in United States dollars and are per person.

Prices quoted are valid for six (6) weeks. Surgery prices are not final until after the surgeon evaluation is completed overseas. A maximum variance of 6%, over or under the quoted price, might be assessed after this evaluation.

Travel Documents

Each person is responsible for obtaining their own travel documents necessary for travel.
