	Submit An Online Inquiry Form It is of utmost importance for us to know you, what kind of procedure(s) are you interested in, your expectations, any special needs, your availability to travel and much more; this is the reason why we ask that you fill in our online inquiry form.
	Review The Information Packet Based on the information you shared with us, we will put together a comprehensive packet of information containing general overviews of the cosmetic plastic surgery procedures you are interested in undergoing, a "How to Choose a Plastic Surgeon" guide, resumes of surgeons that specialize in the procedures you requested, lodging options, catalog of destinations should you choose to add some adventure to your experience, a medical questionnaire to help your surgeon determine any potential risks or conditions related with your procedure(s); a summary of preferences and your medical tourism agreement.
	Surgeon Conference After receiving your signed medical questionnaire and medical tourism agreement, we may arrange for you to have a conference call with your chosen surgeon. We consider this a great opportunity to get answers to any questions you may have, directly from the expert.
	Quotation Once you have chosen your surgeon and with the information contained in your summary of preferences, we are now ready to submit a quotation for your consideration.
	Itinerary Confirmation A detailed final itinerary will be provided, we ask that you check this document very carefully; we will then confirm all reservations and introduce you to your Escape Assistant.
	Deposit Upon acceptance of our quotation, and no later than three (3) weeks before the scheduled departure date, One hundred percent of the total package price will be due. All payments must be made through credit card or personal check. Airfare, ground transportation, tours, and all other expenses, except for surgery and doctor's costs will be paid immediately upon receipt of the funds. All payments for doctors and surgery shall be held in a non-interest bearing account until written and signed approval from you is received, usually expected after you have your first appointment with your chosen doctor.
	Board The Plane Depart from local airport, arrive to your destination, and be greeted by your Escape Assistant upon arrival; transportation to chosen accommodations.
	Pre-Surgery Consultation & Analysis Pre-surgery consultation with your surgeon. For your safety, your chosen surgeon may require additional analysis to determine surgical risk, to include but not limited to an electrocardiogram and complete blood tests.
	Enjoy Your Vacation Adventure After your first doctor consultation and with results of analysis taken earlier, you may start your tourism package, unless you chose to do so after your surgery; your Escape Assistant will assist you with anything you need.
	Procedure & Follow Up Care Your Escape Assistant will transport you to the clinic where your procedure will be performed; you will be staying there for 1 to 3 days of follow-up care. Upon release from your surgeon, we will transport you to your selected accommodations for nothing but rest and relaxation.
	Home Follow Up Care Return home fabulous and recharged after this truly amazing experience. Our services do not end here; we will be available for you to arrange follow-up calls with your surgeon to answer any questions you may have upon your return.
